Pack Station & Distributions
When our eggs are received at the pack station, they undergo a quality evaluation by trained Quality Control personnel. They are then graded and packed into a variety of packaging to suit our customers’ requirements. Our pack stations operates on such a basis that we can supply our customers with the freshest eggs on a daily basis. We deliver a minimum of 500 dozen eggs to our clients in the Limpopo province or customers can come and buy eggs at our two factory shops – one situated on the farm just outside Polokwane and the other in Mooketsi. All eggs collected today are graded and packed the following day ready for the market.
Bio - Security
We greatly care about our flocks and therefore we control and manage factors impacting their health and disease status.
Staff
Only personnel working on the farm will be allowed normal day to day access to the farm and houses and are required to follow the Shower Work Instruction upon entering the farm and sites.
Visitors
Only essential and authorized visits will be allowed and all visitors are required to complete the Visitors Register and Questionnaire upon entering the farm. It is also compulsory for visitors to follow the Shower Work Instruction on entering and exiting the clean area to the farm.
Footbaths are placed at every poultry house entrance and storage area, and contains a disinfectant liquid which should be used by all staff and visitors upon entering and exiting these areas.
Equipment & Vehicles
All vehicles and equipment are disinfected through fumigation or spray disinfection.
Preditors & wildlife
Bird proofing measures have been implemented to make it uncomfortable for wild birds to enter our farms.

As part of an integrated group of companies in the Kuipers Group, it is our policy to view the quality and food safety of our eggs, incorporating all aspects impacting on the food chain. We have established a system which encompasses and embraces a farm to fork vision which considers the following:
- Maintaining high standards of farm practices from rearing to laying farms.
- Supply of feed which have been formulated to the highest standards within the industry and manufactured under strict quality controlled conditions.
- Dedicated technical service provision from veterinary, nutrition and quality assurance departments within the group.
- High standards of food safety practices at the pack stations to ensure the best quality product for our customers.
